Well, it’s already Summer here in the month of April. People are getting fed up with scorching heat, and heat waves. There are various reasons to love this season, but at the same time, you also need to keep yourself hydrated. Having a homemade cold drink might help to resist this scorching heat and sweat.  Summer Drinks.

Let’s have a look at some of the homemade drinks. You can easily make these drinks at your place with some normal ingredients.

Lemonade (Summer Drinks):

You all be familiar with this drink, as the name suggests, this specific drink’s major ingredient is lemon. All you need to do is to squeeze a lemon into a glass filled with ice, add water, and choice of sugar/salt. You can garnish it with citrus or mint leaves as well. Cold Coffee:

It’s simple to make cold coffee at home and get the whole vibe of a cafe sort of coffee in just a few minutes. You have to first take 2 teaspoons of coffee powder, add sugar as per your need and whisk it until it turns into a foam-like structure. You have to then add cold milk & ice. Shake it well in a container and have it by sprinkling a bit more coffee powder at the top.

Banana Shake:

It is one of the healthiest drinks and one can make it with just a few ingredients. You have to first have some good ripped bananas, cold milk, ice, chocolate powder (if you like chocolate), cashews, cherry, and grind coconut powder.

Take the bananas into the grinder, add cold milk, a bit of sugar as needed, add a pinch of vanilla essence, you can also add ice cream in it to make it thicker. Grind it until everything mixes properly, and then serve it by adding ice cubes, and sprinkling coconut powder, and cherries. This drink is rich in protein, and fibre, and is good for your health as well.

Sattu Drink:

It is one of the famous Indian homemade drinks being taken at the time of summer. Sattu is a powdered flour made up of ‘chana’ from pulses, and cereals. You can have this drink in the morning with your breakfast. To make this drink, you have to take 2 big spoons of Sattu in a glass, then add water, you can add chopped onions, and coriander leaves as well. Add salt, mix it well with a spoon, and have it. All the above-mentioned drinks comprise some healthy nutrient value. These are also quite easy to make, and you can drink them at your home or carry it with you to the office. Keeping yourself hydrated in the summers is the only goal.
